Ability to switch profiles via window title

Really simple. The default is to match on a application (edge.exe, putty.exe) and switch to a profile. Create the capability to switch based on the window title. If active tab contains GitHub then switch to the GitHub profile. If the active tab is Outlook, then switch to the Outlook profile. Same concept for all applications.

If no active window is supplied,then switch based on exe.
