How to remove exa from Mac M1

Hi, I'm here after installing eza to replace exa on my Mac, because I am still jammed up with exa being somewhere on the system.

When I do ls here is what I get:

$ ls
-bash: exa: command not found

I've done brew uninstall exa and looked in my path and not seeing where this is still hanging around.

Eza seems to be working correctly:

$ brew install eza

Any experience clearing out an old exa install?

What does which ls say? And what about echo $SHELL? Finally, what about grep ls ~/.bash*?
