Can you please explain how to use the output expander? Specifically:

Do we need to connect it to the behavior box, or just the computer?
How do we configure Bonsai to send outputs via the output expander?
What types of outputs can we supply, and how do we specify this in Bonsai? Specifically, can we send square wave/PWM signals, and can we send arbitrary waveforms?
