Multi Tenant Operator in OKD/OpenShift

While there are options like Stakater Multi Tenant Operator for something relatively simple but very useful for real world OKD/OpenShift deployments,

It would be good if the OKD/OpenShift community provide something similar and also included for OpenShift customer by default to choose without having to paid a thirdparty for a feature, when everything it does is just a CRD that abstracts K8S-native APIs like namespace, quotas, network policies, etc unlike other ISV operators like Databases, Caches, Message Brokers etc.
