Add dependency needed for VNC remote assistance in Plasma/KDE (Enhancement)

Hi Miguel,

For the Plasma KDE (QT) graphical environment, you need to add the zenity or kdialog package as a dependency of the openuem-agent client. In Gnome (or GTK) environments, this may not be necessary, as the zenity package is usually installed in the base system. These packages are responsible for creating the graphical dialogs on the desktop, where the VNC remote assistance PIN is displayed.
