language guidance | Sprachführung - not working

Hello,
I have enabled "language guidance | Sprachführung" but no Voice
tell the direction to drive.
Device is enabled Audio and VOLUME is MAX.
But device did not have Internetconnection.

Running on older iOS Device

Version 2025.06.26

How to fix this ?

Did you setup Voice Over in system settings? Does it work/does the voice test button in Organic Maps work?

Yes the Sound test is working can hear: "I spend more time with the best cards in the world...."

That is very strange. Did you try to drive/to move? There is no any announcement now when you start the navigation mode, but you should hear them when there are any turns as you move.

there was no voice about my 30km route
there where may turns in the route

I deliberately took a wrong turn to see if there would be an announcement, but nothing.

Can you please enable logs in Organic Maps settings, drive or walk some route with announcements, and then share the log with us using Report a bug button (and mention that it's about the missing voice)?

@biodranik: how to copy the logs from the iPhone

where is the log stored ? at documents on iPhone -> /app.organicmaps/ did not find a logfile

there is no eMail account configured at my device

Today I did another test, but with the Next Version: 2025.07.13-8

1. when USB Cable is connected to the Car - no Voice
2. when USB Cable is NOT connected to the Car - Voice working

the Car like to read from the Device too, not only charging.
May there is a block of AUDIO but why I did not understand.

I did but there is no newer Version as 2025.07.13-8
and there I did not find a trace/error log file in the Documents folder

• Disable/enable log file recording in OM settings
• Reproduce the issue
• Check Finder -> Locations -> your_device -> Files -> Organic Maps for log.txt file
