What is a difference between the Android OSM Types and iOS OSM Types

There are two components on the Hosted.Weblate:

• https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/organicmaps/android-typestrings/#information
• https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/organicmaps/ios-typestrings/#information

The strings are the same, why do we have two separate components? Is it possible to merge them?

As a side question: there are a lot of hwtag strings and as far I understood this is road signs.
Could you please add their description on the https://wiki.openstreetmap.org?

The tags also doesn't have an English text. So the hwtag aren't translated in many languages
