Imported tracks & Lists

Hi. I simply want to import tracks into different lists (folders), but cannot find a way to do this. I can create a new list, but when I try and import a group of tracks which are already in folders (say called, A B & C), they are just imported separately and not into a list. I cannot see a way of importing to a list, unless I am missing something? Also there doesn't seem to be a way to delete in bulk. Every track has to be deleted separately. It would be nice to select a group of tracks and delete in one go. Thanks for any help with this.
