Question about installing Flask

I got to this far where i need to create a new file called app.py
i did this by
mkdir app.py

now im at this step which i don't get.
I run command and it gives me

from flask import Flask

app = Flask(name)

@app.route('/')
def index():
return 'Hello, Flask!'

if name == 'main':
app.run(debug=True)

i don't know how i can open flask and run http://localhost:5000
