What if any effect does onlyBuiltDependencies have on other developers using my repo?

Hello,
I'm wondering if there is anything to be concerned about adding onlyBuiltDependencies to package.json in a public repo.

Will other developers have installation issues? Either because of their platform or because of different pnpm versions?

Do npm and yarn ignore this property? (I assume yes but don't want to assume)
