0x80070103 when installing Windows 11 24H2

Has anyone else been getting this error when trying to install Windows 11 24H2? Note, I am on kubuntu, so I fully accept the problem could be me, but if anyone has any suggestions, I would welcome them!

Here is a screenshot of the error. Note, I am starting this using qqx with the SDL display since doing it with Spice blinks the window and disappears.

I just ran into the same error. Quickget failed to download the ISO so I dropped in the iso downloaded manually.
