Sub-minute Schedule

Allow sub-minute schedule. Right now it is limited to per minute.

This would be a really great feature to add, as right now it is quite annoying to run schedules that need more frequency than 1 minute. We are forced to create a few different schedules with the same publish URL. I think you should allow down to increments of 10 seconds.
