Workflow Realtime Middleware

If we go ahead with Workflow Middleware, it will be possible to define a middleware that uses Upstash Realtime.

We can make this a separate package and in this package, we can include:

• Realtime Workflow Middleware
• A frontend hook that extends useRealtime with the events emitted from the middleware

This would make it super simple to add realtime updates to any Upstash Workflow, dramatically simplifying and improving the realtime & workflow examples we have in our docs.
