Align remaining hazards to data cube structure

The only remaining example might be the DaysTasAboveIndicator (but to check), which still comprises individual arrays of the form: chronic_heat/osc/v2/days_tas_above_{temp_c}c_{gcm}{scenario}{year}, as opposed to a single data cube for each scenario and year.

DaysTasAboveIndicator should be aligned with e.g. WetBulbGlobeTemperatureAboveIndicator in data-cube form with the threshold becoming a dimension.

Thanks @joemoorhouse, this is actually the indicator that is most interesting to our project.

We looked a bit into reformatting the indicator and discovered an issue with the Zarr output it currently generates when you ask for that to be Xarray-compatible:

• The xarray-compatible zarr output only contains last item #141

So this might need some attention anyways.

We are probably not able to provide that support at this point. So if you have time to do it, please move ahead. For our project's purpose, we may rely on a post-processing script that takes whatever hazard generates and converts that into Xarray-friendly (data cube) Zarr.
