For this then should I implement the full QUIC protocol? Interval reporting seems to be working alright with the --quic flag in my other branch (#10), but that doesn't really implement QUIC, so I don't know if that's a good way to determine whether the interval reporting works. But I don't want to re-implement QUIC when Reva's already doing that separately.

I think you can wait for the QUIC protocol to be finished, but make sure all the requirements are ready and you can test once the other developer pushes code.
