BUG Docs refer to legacy docker image naming or else docker image naming broken

Describe the bug
Docs say to pull ghcr.io/ossf/scorecard:latest

In reality images are published to ghcr.io/ossf/scorecard/v5:latest

Reproduction steps
Nothing to reproduce

Expected behavior
Either update the docs or put the images back at the old location

Additional context
The error trying to pull the images is not too helpful

docker pull ghcr.io/ossf/scorecard
Using default tag: latest
Error response from daemon: error from registry: denied
denied

Also, it appears that the new images are generated by ko and the binary is at /ko-app/v5
This is confusing and possibly not documented.
Trying to copy the binary into another image and looking at the dockerfile in the repo, I'd expect it to be located at /scorecard
