For an article full text seems an appropriate label for the link. However, for stuff like data sets, and software, this label is odd. Perhaps use something like full access or open access link which is a label that would work for all types of publications.
Also about "publications", ORCID lists "works" on my profile. That seems more open to data sets and software works. Is there a reason ImpactStory creates a list of "publications" rather than "works"?
