### Expense System — Full DB Migration
- REST routes rewritten from file-based to PostgreSQL (472→270 lines)
- Tests rewritten with repository mocks (413→200 lines)
- Expenses card added to dashboard + StatsPanel (orange Receipt icon)
- SummaryData type updated with expenses field
- CLI provider config endpoints fixed (404→working)

### Complete PIM Coverage
All 9 data types now have: PostgreSQL storage, AI tools, REST API,
UI page, and dashboard stat card.

68 commits this session. v0.1.10 → v0.2.7. 8 releases.
