oxlint: per-rule changelog #936
Description
Rules tend to evolve over time, and it can be tricky for someone to track what changed and why (ex: the deprecation of eslint/radix' parameter).
Having a section listing the changes once a rule is out of nursery would be very helpful to maintain Oxlint configs. The only alternative is going through the changes directly in the website repo, which is far from practical, and I doubt most users will even think about it.
