通过以下操作可以避开该问题：
新增CountMsIdGen实现类，持有原有CountMsIdGen类实例delegate和属性Map<Object, Map<String, Object>> additionalParametersMap = new ConcurrentHashMap<>()；在实现方法genCountMsId中判断parameter不为null且additionalParametersMap包含该key后将值取出添加进boundSql.getAdditionalParameters()，随后调用delegate的genCountMsId返回。
新建PageInterceptor子类，重写intercept方法判断parameter不为null且PageHelper.getLocalPage()不为null后将parameter、boundSql.getAdditionalParameters()以parameter为key存入CountMsIdGen实现类的additionalParametersMap中，随后调用父类intercept方法，再在finally中以parameter为key调用additionalParametersMap的remove方法；重写setProperties方法，先执行父类的setProperties方法，再将原有countMsId赋值到自定义的CountMsIdGen实例中的delegate，最后将自定义的CountMsIdGen实例注入到countMsId属性中。
最后将自定义的Interceptor注入SqlSessionFactory中即可~
