Is there any chance to include nocites?

I appologize in case this is an obvious or stupid question (and also if this is not the appropriate place to ask) but I was wondering whether I could add a yaml header to my chapters:

---
title: "Introduction"
nocite: |
  @item1, @item2
---

Lorem ipsum @item3

to then generate references including all three items at the end of the part of the book.

Nocites don't work currently, but we could design a way to include them. YAML blocks always set metadata for the whole document, not for sections, so we'll need to design a new method.

One way could be to keep nocite info as part of the metadata, but indexed by the section ID. E.g.

---
section-bibligraphies:
  nocite:
    intro: >-
      @item1
    discussion: >-
      @item2 @item3
---

# Introduction {#intro}

...

# Discussion

...

That would be somewhat clean, but maybe slightly inconvenient to maintain.
