Follow Up about cortical data #346

Description

@mishek-thapa

Hi Mishek
Yass should work relatively well on non-drift in-vivo recordings. So if the animals are anesthetized or not moving much. There's a yass with drift that we're working on , but will take a while longer.
The start parameters should be good, I'd use those until you find otherwise.

I was only able to get about 6 units, while other spike sorters found at least a 100. Any suggestions on what parameters I should adjust for these experiments? I can send the log file from yass if that would help.
