Typo in scope and python min version should be 3.10

Hey, thanks for creating the wrapper. great stuff!

I was trying it out and ran into 2 issues.

1️⃣ IIUC, it requires python 3.10 and above. 3.8 and 3.9 won't work since you're using the new union operator.

2️⃣ There's a typo in the scope. OptionsSpreads should be OptionSpreads. Option, not Options
