Overflow issues in nav bar in 'edit dashboard' mode

Describe the Bug.

There are several issues in the dashboard nav bar when widgets are being used.

1. No gap between language switcher and profile icon

2. Horizontal overflow of 'edit dashboard' buttons

The 'save changes' and 'cancel' buttons overflow with the language switcher buttons, making it difficult to save the dashboard widgets or leave the edit mode.

Reproduction Steps

1. open the dashboard on mobile
2. see first issue
3. press the 'edit dashboard' button
4. see second issue

I was able to successfully reproduce this issue.

To reproduce, I ran the project using the localization test suite and enabled dashboard edit mode. When viewed on smaller screen sizes (mobile viewport ~320–375px), the navbar shows the reported issues:

• No spacing between the language switcher and profile icon
• Overflow of the "Save Changes" and "Cancel" buttons in edit mode

This confirms the issue exists and is reproducible under the described conditions. I can work on a fix for this.
