Some DBTieredSecondaryCacheTest tests failed #6

There are some failed tests when build with the latest main facebook/rocksdb@65d71ee branch of facebook/rocksdb:

DBTieredSecondaryCacheTest.BasicTest (Failed)
DBTieredSecondaryCacheTest.BasicMultiGetTest (Failed)
DBTieredSecondaryCacheTest.WaitAllTest (Failed)
DBTieredSecondaryCacheTest.IterateTest (Child aborted)

The DBTieredSecondaryCacheTest is newly introduced, maybe there are something not compatiable.
