If I terminate my snakemake run using kbd Ctrl /kbd + kbd c /kbd , I get a message that jobs are being terminated:
Terminating processes on user request, this might take some time.
Will exit after finishing ...

I ve seen you wrote a long list of arguments which can be given to the slurm-submit.py how can I pass them to the
script?
I tried in the config.yaml time:600
and it passed the 600 as target to the snakefile, ...

Hey @percyfal Have you an Idea how to use multiple partitions, e.g. one for more memory_intensive jobs?
Ideally the users provide a yaml file with the profile definition:
