The production deploy has been frozen since December 2025 and is several releases behind. The upgrade needs the current release's Clerk single sign-on (SSO) setup, the published-flag frontmatter migration for posts and paths, and a review of the TinaCMS config against the stricter schema validation. After deploying, we need to re-issue editor login details.
