It's the lowest level library, and it would probably be best served by releasing it independently, with improved documentation. It's not even in the Pod::To:: space, and it can be useful somewhere else.

The thing it that once I'm testing it independently, it really does not do anything. All the real work is done by CompUnit::PrecompilationRepository::Default
I'll see if the problem is that there are not enough tests, but my hunch is that it will become just a small set of utility functions to avoid working with nqp from the client side.

It's been spun-off, but the API has totally changed. So this is going to need a bit (or a lot) of refactoring.
