Docker image for drawtogether.sqlserver not found #118

Ran docker login
Ran ./start-dependencies.sh
Received an error for the sql server docker image not found

No tag for [drawtogether.sqlserver] specified. Defaulting to [0.1.0]
Unable to find image 'drawtogether.sqlserver:0.1.0' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: pull access denied for drawtogether.sqlserver, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login'.
