Brotli Compression?

Brotli compression method is fast and efficient (except in the higher levels). Used to compress Android images, but may be a nice addition. Just putting the question on the table. Finding a command line option for it may be a challenge. b=bzip2, B=bzip3.

After some days of review, and difficulty in getting Brotli decompression to work, I have decided not to go ahead and add it. For general purposes, bzip3 and zstd perform better and there is no added benefit to Brotli.
