possible memory leak?

After the last wxted update, I noticed my PC running slowly after using wxted.
I noticed that wxted was still running in the background, even when all tabs were closed.
I also noticed that the memory used by wxted kept increasing. I stopped the task because it kept increasing its memory usage, reaching up to 2.5 GB.

On the image you can see that wxted runs but all tabs are closed

I found a memory eating bug and I put out a fix for it in version 1.58. If you are already on version 1.58 then there is another bug for me to find.

I don't know if it's relevant to this problem, but I notice that my builds are crashing on exit with an Access Violation (which isn't obvious as the window is closing anyway, but gets recorded in the Windows application log).

I've started on splitting TTXPage into two. TTXPage will now focus on the actual teletext lines. A new class TTXPageSet will have load/save and will store pages in std::vector<std::unique_ptr<TTXPage>> instead of a linked list. Using this should reduce the opportunity for memory leaks. It will take me a while to complete this so you won't see anything for a few months and then TTXPage will change a lot.

@peterkvt80 the 1.59 installer is an zip, not an exe, is that correct?

I zipped up the exe. The difference in size is minimal. I think I will just include the exe next time.
