Add some validation to ensure that input files are actually Phyx files

This could be as simple as checking the @context field (this could be also be useful eventually for establishing a minimum version of Phyx file supported by a particular version of Klados). We now have code for ensuring that they will at a minimum have phylorefs and phylogenies keys (PR #349), so that might be sufficient.
