Describe the bug

Some users are not being updated via Socket.IO that a ticket was updated, or that a queue was updated.

To Reproduce

Not sure what the repro steps are. Probably the website goes into idle mode.

Expected behavior

Socket.IO connection should refresh or something.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOS
  • Browser Chrome

Additional context

In order to fix this, we should refresh the MyTickets page every minute or so
