HTTP2 configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Swoole should be capable of running in HTTP2 mode (if compiled correctly), however, there seems to be no option to actually enable it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add options to enable HTTP2 on the Swoole server.
