bugfix (both) - one ship going oceanside appears to clear someone else's moves. This was actually caused by an erroneous use of sendPosition serverside, and an error in clientside sendRespawn. fixed both clientside + serverside.
bugfix (server) - when a round ends it can happen mid-turn. this is not nice. fix to allow turn to end and points from that turn to be counted.
bugfix (client) - restart doesnt reset guns, tokens, and spawns in with lower guns than full
