Optionally show areas/lines on low zoom levels as node feature on the center

Ways/areas can get very small when zooming out, whereas circle markers on node stay the same (visual) size. It would be good to (optionally) switch to circle markers when the (visual) area resp. way length gets below a certain threshold.

For example, Overpass Turbo does this by default. There's a setting "Don't display small features as POIs." to override this.

I would not do this by default, as it would change previous behaviour.
