Clicking No on the "Keep non existing file" dialog for a file that's in an active compare turns cursor into an active text selector

How to reproduce:

• Open two files in the same notepad++ window.
• Click the compare button when the 2nd file is in view. files should be in diff compare mode- side by side.
• minimize notepad++
• delete the first file from file manager.
• maximize notepad++
• click on the text area of the 1st file
• notepad++ will prompt dialog for "Keep non existing file" asking for "keep this file in editor?"
• click No
• the tab window of the non-deleted file will resize to take back the space from deleted file's window
• don't hold or click the left click button at all
• after the resize, the cursor would have been turned to text selector as if you are holding the left click button to select text.
• moving the cursor around will change the amount of selected text like it normally does in holding click button.
