[BUG] Connect-PnPOnline - Keyset does not exist

We have a customer who runs Connect-PnPOnline -ClientId -Tenant -Thumbprint
Error message: Keyset does not exist

Expected behavior
Would expect the command to successfully establish a connection with SharePoint Online
