There is not solutions. The <script> tag is gone forever.
Maybe the remote js script can be loaded if the source is included into the trust source into the sharepoint tenant admin
what you can do is to "override" the CPS enforcement until 1 june. But from 1 june game over. You need to create a true SPFX web part with your code.
