Account review appeal - No response after providing all requested documentation

Hi Polar team,

I'm reaching out here as a last resort after multiple unanswered emails to support@polar.sh and messages on Discord.

Our organization TraimPro (https://www.traim.pro) was initially flagged as a consumer streaming service, which is incorrect. We received an enhanced due diligence request and promptly provided everything that was asked:

2. Catalog clarification: 80% creator-owned original content, 20% in-house produced by our production company (TRAIM FILMS SpA), 0% third-party licensed content

4. Creator review and moderation process documentation
5. Full business/entity details: TRAIM FILMS SpA, RUT 77.791.159-7, Santiago, Chile

TraimPro is a faith-based creator economy platform (similar to Patreon), NOT a consumer streaming service like Netflix. Independent creators publish their own original content. We have full editorial control and a strict Code of Ethics.

Our launch is currently blocked waiting for payment integration. We've sent multiple follow-up emails over the past several days with no response.

Could someone from the team please review our submission and let us know the status? We're happy to provide any additional information needed.
