Add racebox vtx timing hardware USB serial connection to enable wireless or wired Ethernet To wireless routers to enable mobile phone management and increase connection reliability.

Eliminate long distance USB extenders and replace with raspberry pi to Ethernet bridge connectivity and rabble mobile apps that can communicate via ip protocols.
