User session applet: Shutdown text goes beyond mouse hover highlight with round corners and spacious interface density

When Interface Density is set to Comfortable, the edges of the highlight are very close to the text, but it doesn't quite spill over like it does when set to Spacious.

I am not sure what the best way to fix this would be. Recently there were changes to make all the applets use the same popup width, in order to match designs. so increasing the width would not be great. Maybe a tool-tip could have the text description for each of these buttons instead?

I've heard that it's worse with some translations even when set to Comfortable.

The symbols are well enough established, and actions non-destructive with confirmation when necessary, that it's okay to remove the text.
