Describe the bug

Several applications in one workspace. The task: move all applications to other workspaces. One application per workspace.

COSMIC in Tile mode.
Move window to other workspace looses window focus in the departure workspace.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. COSMIC desktop in Tile mode
2. Open several applications in workspace 1.
3. click Shift+SUPER+0 to move focused application into next workspace.
4. click SUPER+1 to move back to workspace 1.
5. no any applications has window focus.
6. click Shift+SUPER+0.
7. COSMIC desktop crashes.

the bug was introduced in the latest version.
