Sorry to say but this sw seems in a dead-end.

I was able to find an alternative - https://github.com/amanharwara/altus

If you really need a portable for this search for Altus elchupacabra - note that this is a black box repack of the Altus thingy - your security mileage will be yours.... I do not take responsability for the repack while it is true that I have been using it without apparent issues ...

While Altus (open source) provides an open repack of WA and many numbers at same time, unfortunately it is no portable...
While elchupacabra portable repack (not open source) of Altus repack has behaved (no malware up to now), and it is portable and multiaccounts, much better to have an open source option.

While Faeq is portable and open source, unfortunately, Faeq is only supporting one account, so if you have more than one whatsapp account, you should have as many copies as numbers you wish to use ...

Let us hope that Faeq evolves to support several numbers at same time!
