Poseidon-hs and stackage update

Hi @nevrome, I've updated stack and the Poseidon-hs dependency. As you may remember, the major change here concerns the genotype data (now featuring zipping and VCF), and this in turn affects the AdmixPops program. I've already made a number of changes, but perhaps you can do the rest as you are more familiar with that subcommand?

OK, so I've implemented the minimal changes to AdmixPops to make it compile and tests pass. Note that neither VCF nor the zipping feature is currently used.

I think the changes to admixpops are complete. Writing of .vcf and zipped output works.
