Lots has changed and improved. The docs are out of date.
I've updated some info about the endpoints, but I need to iterate further.

these also need to be made more user-friendly. eg the OMK documentation assumes that someone is already familiar with ODK and starts from that assumption. This needs to back up and point people to ODK and XLSForms before diving in. Etc.

For running docker instance,
- clone the repository
- run docker build -t omk .
- run docker run --name omk-server -p 3210:3210 omk
