Is this sdk still maintained?

Hello,

I'd like to know if this official php sdk is still being maintained.

If yes, then I'd like the following to be organised:

1. Add php 7 and php 8 to travis ci tests.
2. Evaluate and merge PRs created in this repo.
3. Either stop requiring and using ext-runkit (via tcz/phpunit-mockfunction) or provide a Dockerfile/docker-compose for devs to be able to run unit tests in this project on their local machines.
4. Designate an employee to keep all sdks in such a state, that travis tests are being run on latest versions for the languages that the sdks are for.

If not, then please stop advertising that postmen.com has a php sdk because it does not work on the latest officially supported versions of php.

@d-ph I can't speak for Postmen, but we encountered similar frustrations when integrating with this platform.

We created our own SDK which gave us the bare minimum we required: https://github.com/acculimited/postmen-sdk

It may not cover all of the above points, but looking at PHP 8 support is certainly something we are keen to do as we are upgrading our own internal systems to utilise PHP 8+ too.

Any feedback/discussion is welcome on the issue board.
