Accuracy health bar

I would like a health bar showing whether a target accuracy is achievable. Target accuracy should be set by user, and an option to match Accuracy Challenge target would be nice.

Type I (max achievable - target)

• Completely zeros out if maximum achievable is below target (does fail animation then disappears)
• Only counts down

Type II

Formula = (max - target)/(max - min)
(Also equivalent to 100% - [avg acc needed per note to reach target given some notes are already judge])

• Completely zeros out if maximum achievable is below target
• completely fills up (and does pass animation then disappears) if minimum achievable reaches target.
