Ability to easily save playlists locally into a collection!

Sometimes there's a playlist I really enjoy, and I want to save it locally before it goes away/expires. Right now its a bit of a hassle to manually create a new local collection and put the songs from the playlist in!

If this were to be implemented, would it be better to ignore beatmaps that aren't downloaded; or download them, then add them to the playlist?
