Make the flip/rotate buttons invisible while hovering over a slider node that overlaps with it

Slider nodes can sometimes overlap with the flip/rotate buttons in the editor; this makes it really annoying to edit big slider arts as some nodes will just be partially obscured by these buttons.

I think that when you hover over a node that's obscured by these buttons, they should fade out and go invisible instead of obstructing the node's visibility, and respectively fade in and reappear when you are no longer hovering over the node.
